Samuel Rasmussen brings 18 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in the medical device business, much of it internationally. He joined Cordis in the mid 1980's, eventually rising to president of Cordis Japan and director of Asian Pacific business and built up their strategic business until the acquisition by Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Rasmussen has been involved in various facets at several start-up medical device companies. Most recently he launched and grew Jomed's Japan and Asia Pacific business during 1999-2003. Mr. Rasmussen has a BA in Philosophy from Earlham College in Indiana and an MA in Anthropology from Stanford University.
