Mr. Teddy Chien, a veteran business developer and entrepreneur, has been in the medical business field for over 50 years. He was the Asia general manager for Parke-Davis, a Warner-Lambert subsidiary, where he gained many years' experience in sales and marketing, business development, and operations management before he founded Neich International in 1979. Under his strong leadership, Neich experienced continuous expansion and growth and become a major and reputable Asian distributor of medical devices with annual sales of more than US$100 million. As a result, he is well known among leading cardiologists in Asia where he has earned the nickname of "Father of Interventional Cardiology in Asia".

Mr. Chien has also been active in foreign business joint ventures, real estate development, and venture capital investment including medical device start up companies in the U.S. He is the Managing Director of Cindic Investment Ltd., which owns the Shanghai Hilton, and also sits on the boards of a number of public and private corporations.
